Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
- Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) follow-ups and abandoned cart recovery
- Assist in converting leads into successful sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly yet professional support
- Learn and apply sales & marketing strategies to boost store performance
- Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong customer handling ability with patience & professionalism
- Basic understanding of eCommerce, COD orders & shopping behavior
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus
Job Details
- Role: Customer Support & Sales Executive
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: In person (Noida, Delhi NCR)
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + performance-based incentives)
