Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
2. Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) follow-ups and abandoned cart recovery
3. Assist in converting leads into successful sales
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly yet professional support
5. Learn and apply sales & marketing strategies to boost store performance
6. Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

1. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
2. Strong customer handling ability with patience & professionalism
3. Basic understanding of eCommerce, COD orders & shopping behavior
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
5. Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus

Job Details

1. Role: Customer Support & Sales Executive
2. Job Type: Full-time
3. Location: In person (Noida, Delhi NCR)
4. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + performance-based incentives)
5. Start Date: Immediate
